Purpose of Education
The purpose of education is to help adolescents grow up to be productive members of society. It is to contribute to the well rounding of these individuals in a way that will make them successful in the world beyond the education area. By addressing their education needs while they are still developing, it is up to the public (or private) educational systems to arm students with all the tools they might need to carry on fulfilling adult lives, so they are not a strain on society but are happy involved citizens.
Characteristics of Effective Instruction
Effective instruction involves using different teaching techniques to address students’ learning styles. Being effective involves identifying when the student is learning, what topics might warrant further instruction, and where the students’ mastery level lies.
Goals of a Classroom Management
Goals of classroom management in my classroom means having an orderly, productive, and inviting environment for the students to learn. It involves everyone knowing his or her place. The students come in ready to learn. They are prepared mentally and emotionally. They are free of distraction and involved in the learning activities.
I come into the classroom ready to teach, relate, and empathize with my students and their needs.
